Betting Rules

You must be legally permitted to use online gambling services in the place where you are located. Wagers are settled using the official result, game outcome or settlement information applicable to the product. For casino games, the result is determined by the game system, its rules and the relevant random outcome where applicable. For events or other markets, settlement may rely on the official result or source recognised under the relevant market rules. A result may be amended if the original result is later corrected by the appropriate source.

Players should understand the rules of a game before participating. These may explain eligible outcomes, winning combinations, special features, tie or draw conditions, bonus rounds, progressive features, interruptions and the way winnings are calculated. Game information displayed on the platform is intended to help players make informed decisions, but it does not guarantee a particular result.

• Each wager is settled according to the rules that applied when it was accepted, subject to permitted corrections.
• A game round may be treated as complete when the platform records the final outcome, even if the player’s screen is disconnected.

Balances, winnings and transaction records may be updated after a short processing period or following a review. Players should retain bet confirmations and account records where possible. If an account balance appears incorrect, do not spend or withdraw the disputed amount before the matter has been reviewed. An incorrect credit does not necessarily represent funds that are available for use.
